Vermont Security relies on Mike’s nine years as a technician and installer, as well as his interest in engineering creative solutions to meet the security needs of any project, large or small. His background in customer service and his passion for system design make him a technical support expert that can effectively communicate with clients, from the novice homeowner to commercial integrators and contractors.
Shanley McEnany
Office Manager
As office manager at Vermont Security, Shanley works to provide support both in the office and to our valued customers. Our staff and customers appreciate her exceptional and positive communication skills and attention to detail. Since coming on board as the third member of Vermont Security in 2017, Shanley has helped transform our business into an organized and smooth running operation by placing emphasis on back-end processes and team work.

Customer Service Administrator & PERS Specialist
Marcia has worked at Vermont Security since 2018 as Office and Medical Alert Administrator and has over 20 years experience in office administration and client services. She is proficient in responding to client inquiries and maintains the daily operations of the business.
Larry Gilbert
Product Development & Sales
Larry leads new product development for Vermont Security and is pivotal in turning prospective parties into key clients. He has worked in the health care, health information technology, medical device technology, and bicycle industries for 20 years. Larry excels at asking questions and listening, bringing patience and an ease and familiarity to each customer opportunity.
Micah Mangan
Field Technician
As lead technician for Vermont Security, Micah can find himself installing residential security systems one day and building a commercial access control or video surveillance system the next. Micah has been providing a high level of systems installation for Vermont Security since 2017. A jack of all trades, if you’ll pardon the expression, Micah brings outside the box thinking, an impressive breadth of trades knowledge and an appetite for learning new technology that we rely on every day.
Kail Johnson
Technician
Although Kail is new to Vermont Security, we count on him as an eager student of technology. Bringing skills acquired on the job as an electrician’s apprentice, Kail adapts easily to the task at hand and takes great pride in leaving clients with a clean and quality solution.
